New cross-regional distribution alliances and a 1,700+ title multilingual slate formalize the next phase of global microdrama expansion from COL’s Singapore-headquartered international division

COL Group International today unveiled a coordinated global distribution architecture and significantly expanded international content slate at MIP London and London Screenings 2026, announcing new cross-regional partnerships and scaling its catalogue to more than 1,700 premium microdrama titles worldwide.

The Singapore-headquartered division, which debuted last August as the world’s largest dedicated microdrama distribution slate, now formalizes its next phase of structured international growth.

At the core of the announcement is a newly activated cross-continental distribution structure anchored by established regional leaders. Narativ will lead deployment across MENA, CIS and Africa, while Harbour Rights anchors Europe and Latin America. In Southeast Asia, ROCK Networks joins as exclusive telco distribution partner for FlareFlow, driving carrier integrations and subscription rollouts across telecom ecosystems. Together, the structure signals COL's evolution beyond catalogue supply into a coordinated international distribution ecosystem built for scale.

Alongside the architectural expansion, COL has broadened its global content pipeline beyond its original 1,000 English and Chinese microdrama series - anchored by Sereal+ and flagship app FlareFlow, as well as 17K, the studio behind multiple top-performing titles on ByteDance-owned HongGuo.

The slate has now grown to over 1,700 series, adding more than 700 titles across South Korea, Japan, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom.

At the centre of this phase is an exclusive global distribution partnership with Dubai-based BlingWood, expanding COL's access to premium Middle Eastern and Indian microdrama. The broader pipeline also includes premium Indian series from Pratilipi, high-production Korean titles from BeLive Studios and British reality-led formats from Tattle TV - the UK's first dedicated microdrama app - including titles such as Dog Dates. Additional regional partnerships and genre rollouts remain in development.

COL partners will also gain access to curated premium English and Chinese catalogues from leading U.S. and international microdrama platforms beyond FlareFlow, reinforcing COL's position as a neutral global gateway for premium vertical storytelling.

As microdrama moves decisively beyond its early U.S.-led growth cycle, the expanded network and scale signal a shift toward structured, multi-market deployment built around localization, retention optimization and data-driven monetization standards.

Timothy Oh, General Manager of COL Group International

"Microdrama is entering its next competitive chapter, where quality, retention and monetization standards are increasingly shaped by data and operational discipline," said Timothy Oh, General Manager, COL Group International.

"As pioneers in both China and the U.S., scaling some of the world's leading platforms in this space, we understand what it truly takes to

win sustainably. Our role is not simply to offer catalogue volume, but to help partners select, position and scale the right content for their platform and audience. By bringing together a broad, constantly refreshed slate from across regions, we enable smarter curation, clearer differentiation and long-term growth for serious industry players."

With aligned regional distributors, telecom operators and content producers across major territories, COL is positioning itself at the forefront of microdrama's next phase of structured global expansion.’s next phase of structured global expansion.
